Here are some Cellulite home remedies for you:
- Use a soft body brush on damp or dry skin, brushing in long sweeping movements over the afflicted area, and working in the direction of the heart.
- Massage - If you have a bulging belly, give a massage to your body and do sit-ups every day. Skipping also reduces the bulge in the belly.
- Avoid excessive consumption of coffee, alcohol, very high fat foods like chocolate and candy.
- Eat regular amounts of fresh fruit.
- Take regular exercise, ideally in the fresh air. If outside exercise is impossible, do it inside. Or, do a regular series of breathing exercises.
